Questions
How do I cancel?
In two taps: You › Plan and billing › Manage subscription, or use the link in any Stripe receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. We’ll remind you before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel by then, your subscription starts and you’re charged $9.99 a month (or the yearly price, if you chose it).
I was invited by a friend. What do I get?
Friends who join through an invite link get a 14-day trial instead of 7.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the rules of where you paid: Stripe on the web, or the App Store or Google Play in the apps. Write to support and we’ll help.
Will the price change?
If it does, you’ll hear from us by email and in the app at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
What happens to my workouts if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your saved workouts, history and records stay. Free just saves up to 3 custom workouts at a time and shows the basic analytics.
