Standing Trunk Rotation

Instructions
Standing with the feet planted, you turn the torso from side to side, letting the relaxed arms swing and wrap around the body. It warms up the waist and mid-back for rotational or full-body work.

Setup
- 1Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart and the knees soft.
- 2Let the arms hang loosely by your sides.
Execution
- 1Turn the torso to one side, letting the arms swing and wrap around the body.
- 2Turn to the other side in a smooth, continuous rhythm.
- 3Let the hips turn a little but keep the feet flat and the head following the chest.
Breathing
Exhale on each turn; keep the breathing easy.
