Instructions
From your knees, you roll a wheel out in front of you and pull it back without letting your lower back sag. One of the most challenging ways to train the abs to resist arching.

Setup
- 1Kneel on a mat or pad and hold the wheel handles with both hands under your shoulders.
- 2Tuck your pelvis slightly and tighten your abs so your back is gently rounded, not arched.
Execution
- 1Roll the wheel forward slowly, letting your hips and arms travel out together.
- 2Go only as far as you can while keeping your lower back from dipping.
- 3Pull the wheel back toward your knees by tightening your abs and pressing your arms down.
