Bent-Knee Calf Stretch

Instructions
A wall calf stretch with the back knee bent, which moves the stretch lower down the calf toward the ankle. A useful partner to the straight-knee version.

Setup
- 1Stand facing a wall with both hands on it at chest height.
- 2Step one foot back a short distance — closer than you would for a straight-knee calf stretch.
- 3Point both feet straight ahead.
Execution
- 1Keep the back heel on the floor and bend that knee, letting it travel forward over the toes.
- 2Sink your weight down slightly until you feel a mild stretch low in the calf.
