Standing Calf Stretch

Instructions
A wall-supported stretch for the upper calf. One leg reaches back with the knee straight and the heel down while you lean gently forward.

Setup
- 1Stand facing a wall and place both hands on it at chest height.
- 2Step one foot back about a stride, toes pointing straight at the wall.
Execution
- 1Keep the back knee straight and press that heel flat into the floor.
- 2Bend the front knee and lean your hips toward the wall until you feel a mild stretch in the back calf.
- 3Hold steady for the target time.
