Cable Rear Delt Fly

Instructions
Standing between two high pulleys with the cables crossed, you sweep your arms out and back. The cables keep steady tension on the rear shoulders from the first inch to the last.

Setup
- 1Set both pulleys at about shoulder height or a little above, using small handles or none at all.
- 2Take the left cable in your right hand and the right cable in your left, so they cross in front of you.
- 3Step back to the middle, stand tall, and hold your arms out in front with a soft bend in the elbows.

- 1Sweep your arms out to the sides and slightly back in a wide arc.
