Cable Wrist Curl

Instructions
A small, focused movement where only the wrists bend, curling a low-cable bar upward with the forearms resting on your thighs. It builds the muscles on the palm side of the forearm that support a strong grip.

Setup
- 1Set the pulley to the lowest position, attach a short straight bar, and place a bench facing the machine.
- 2Sit on the bench, take the bar with your palms facing up, and rest your forearms along your thighs.
- 3Let your wrists sit just past your knees so your hands are free to move up and down.
Execution
- 1Let your wrists bend back slowly so the bar lowers toward the floor.
