Barbell Reverse Curl

Instructions
A curl performed with your palms facing down. The overhand grip shifts the work toward the top of the forearms and the muscles around the elbow, so expect to use less weight than a regular curl.

Setup
- 1Stand tall holding the bar with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 2Let your arms hang straight with your elbows close to your sides.
Execution
- 1Curl the bar up by bending your elbows, keeping your knuckles facing the ceiling as it rises.
- 2Keep your wrists straight and your upper arms still.
- 3Stop when your forearms are just past parallel to the floor or as high as you can go without your elbows drifting forward.
