Instructions
Standing tall, you curl a bar from your thighs up toward your shoulders. The most direct way to load the biceps, with both arms sharing one bar so weight is easy to add over time.

Setup
- 1Hold the bar with palms facing up, hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 2Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and the bar resting against your thighs.
- 3Pin your elbows lightly to your sides and tighten your midsection.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows to bring the bar up in an arc toward your shoulders.
- 2Keep your upper arms still so only your forearms move.
