Cable Curl

Instructions
Standing at a low cable, you curl a bar or handle up toward your shoulders. The cable keeps the front of the upper arms working through the whole rep, including the top where free weights go light.

Setup
- 1Attach a short straight bar to a pulley set at its lowest position.
- 2Grip the bar with palms facing up, hands about shoulder-width apart.
- 3Step back a small pace so the cable is taut, and stand tall with your elbows beside your ribs.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows to curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
- 2Squeeze the front of your upper arms briefly at the top.
