Band Curl

Instructions
Standing on a band, you curl its ends from your thighs to your shoulders. The pull is strongest at the top, where your biceps are fully shortened, and the whole setup fits in a pocket.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a band with your feet about hip-width apart; a wider stance makes it harder.
- 2Hold one end in each hand with your arms straight and your palms facing forward.
- 3Pin your elbows to your sides and stand tall.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows and curl your hands up toward your shoulders without letting your elbows drift forward.
- 2Squeeze your biceps briefly at the top.
