Barbell Drag Curl

Instructions
A curl where the bar stays in contact with your body and your elbows travel back as it rises. Taking the front of the shoulder out of the lift keeps the effort on the biceps with a lighter load.

Setup
- 1Stand tall holding the bar underhand at shoulder width, resting against your thighs.
- 2Set your shoulders back and down and tighten your midsection.
Execution
- 1Slide the bar up the front of your body by bending your elbows and letting them drift behind you.
- 2Keep the bar touching your torso until it reaches your lower chest.
- 3Squeeze your biceps hard at the top.
