Eagle Arm Stretch
Also known as: Wrapped Arm Stretch, Crossed-Arm Upper Back Stretch
Instructions
With the arms crossed and wrapped so the palms meet, you lift the elbows and push the hands forward to open the space between the shoulder blades. It reaches the back of the shoulders and upper back at once.

Setup
- 1Sit or stand tall and stretch both arms forward.
- 2Cross one arm over the other at the elbows, bend the elbows and bring the backs of the hands or the palms together.
Execution
- 1Lift the elbows to about shoulder height and push the hands away from the face.
- 2Feel the stretch spread across the upper back and the back of the shoulders.
- 3Hold, then unwrap and repeat with the other arm on top.
