Cross-Body Shoulder Stretch

Instructions
A simple standing or seated stretch where one arm is drawn across the chest to lengthen the back of the shoulder. Easy to do anywhere between or after sets.

Setup
- 1Stand or sit tall with your shoulders relaxed.
- 2Reach one arm straight across your chest at roughly shoulder height.
- 3Hook the other forearm or hand just above the elbow of the reaching arm.
Execution
- 1Gently draw the arm closer to your chest until you feel a mild stretch behind the shoulder.
- 2Keep the stretched shoulder low, away from your ear.
