Biceps Wall Stretch

Instructions
A straight-arm stretch against a wall or any upright. Turning your body away from the planted hand lengthens the biceps and the front of the shoulder after curls and rows.

Setup
- 1Stand side-on to a wall or sturdy upright, about an arm's length away.
- 2Place your palm flat on the wall behind you at shoulder height, fingers pointing back, with the arm straight.
Execution
- 1Keeping the palm planted, slowly turn your chest and feet away from the wall.
- 2Stop at a mild stretch along the front of the arm and shoulder.
- 3Keep the shoulder low and the elbow straight but not jammed.
