Doorway Chest Stretch

Instructions
A standing stretch that opens the front of the chest and shoulders using a doorway or any sturdy upright. A calm way to wind down after pressing work.

Setup
- 1Stand in a doorway, or beside any sturdy upright such as a rack post or wall corner.
- 2Rest your forearms on the frame with elbows about shoulder height and bent to a right angle.
- 3Place one foot a small step ahead of the other.
Execution
- 1Shift your weight gently onto the front foot so your chest travels through the opening.
- 2Stop as soon as you feel a mild stretch across the chest and the front of the shoulders.
