Lying Chest Opener
Also known as: Floor Pec Stretch, Prone Arm Sweep Stretch, Side-Lying Chest Stretch
Instructions
Lying face down with one arm stretched out to the side, you roll the body away from that arm until the front of the chest and shoulder lengthen. The floor holds the arm in place so you can relax completely.

Setup
- 1Lie face down with one arm out to the side at shoulder height, palm down.
- 2Place the other hand under the shoulder as if to push up.
Execution
- 1Press gently through the free hand and roll the body away from the extended arm.
- 2Bend the top knee and let the foot rest on the floor behind you for support.
- 3Stop when you feel a comfortable stretch across the chest and hold.
