Reverse Shoulder Stretch
Also known as: Seated Hands-Behind Stretch, Floor Front Shoulder Stretch, Biceps and Shoulder Opener
Instructions
Sitting with the hands flat on the floor behind you, fingers pointing away, you walk the hips forward so the arms angle back and the front of the shoulders and biceps stretch. Small hip movements make big changes in intensity.

Setup
- 1Sit on the floor with the legs out in front and the knees bent.
- 2Place the hands flat behind you, fingers pointing away from the body, arms straight.
Execution
- 1Slide the hips forward a little so the arms angle back behind you.
- 2Keep the chest lifted and the elbows straight as the stretch builds in the front of the shoulders.
- 3Hold, then slide the hips back to release.
