Wall Front Shoulder Stretch
Also known as: Arm-Behind Wall Stretch, Anterior Delt Wall Stretch
Instructions
Standing side-on to a wall with one arm stretched back along it at shoulder height, you turn the body away until the front of the shoulder lengthens. A single flat wall replaces the doorway.

Setup
- 1Stand side-on to a wall and place the palm of the near hand flat on it behind you at shoulder height, arm straight.
- 2Keep the feet planted and the shoulder pulled down.
Execution
- 1Slowly turn the chest and hips away from the wall until you feel a stretch in the front of the shoulder and chest.
- 2Hold with the arm straight and the shoulder blade drawn back.
- 3Turn back, release, and repeat on the other side.
