Wrist Flexor Stretch
Also known as: Palm-Up Forearm Stretch, Inner Forearm Stretch
Instructions
A light stretch for the palm side of the forearm. One arm reaches forward palm-up while the other hand eases the fingers back — handy after lots of gripping or curling.

Setup
- 1Stand or sit tall and reach one arm straight in front of you with the palm facing up.
- 2Let the wrist bend so your fingers point toward the floor.
- 3Place your other hand across the fingers and palm of the reaching hand.
Execution
- 1Gently ease the fingers back toward your body until you feel a mild stretch along the inner forearm.
- 2Keep the elbow of the reaching arm straight but not locked hard.
