Wrist Circle

Instructions
A small warm-up where a loosely closed hand draws slow circles from the wrist while the forearm stays still. A quick way to prepare the wrists for push-ups, presses, and anything that involves gripping.

Setup
- 1Stand or sit tall and bend one elbow to about ninety degrees, keeping it close to your side.
- 2Make a loose fist and hold that forearm steady with your other hand, just below the wrist.
Execution
- 1Draw a slow circle with your fist, moving only at the wrist.
- 2Reach for the edges of the circle: knuckles up, out to one side, down, and across to the other side.
- 3After half your reps, reverse the direction of the circle.
