Reverse Prayer Wrist Stretch

Instructions
Pressing the backs of the hands together in front of the chest and lifting the elbows stretches the top of both forearms together. It is the partner to the prayer stretch and just as portable.

Setup
- 1Bring the backs of the hands together in front of the waist with the fingers pointing down.
Execution
- 1Keeping the backs of the hands in contact, slowly raise the hands toward the chest.
- 2Stop when you feel a stretch along the top of the forearms.
- 3Hold, then lower the hands to release.
