Wrist Extensor Stretch
Also known as: Palm-Down Forearm Stretch, Outer Forearm Stretch
Instructions
A light stretch for the top side of the forearm. One arm reaches forward palm-down while the other hand eases the knuckles toward you, balancing out the palm-up version.

Setup
- 1Stand or sit tall and reach one arm straight in front of you with the palm facing down.
- 2Let the wrist drop so your fingers point toward the floor.
- 3Place your other hand over the back of the dropped hand.
Execution
- 1Gently ease the back of the hand toward your body until you feel a mild stretch along the top of the forearm.
- 2Keep the elbow straight and the shoulder relaxed.
