Instructions
A simple standing warm-up where straight arms trace circles that grow from small to large. It gently brings warmth and movement to the shoulders before upper-body work.

Setup
- 1Stand tall with feet about hip-width apart and arms relaxed by your sides.
- 2Lightly brace your midsection so your ribs stay stacked over your hips.
Execution
- 1Raise your arms and begin tracing small forward circles with long, straight arms.
- 2Gradually make the circles bigger until your arms sweep past your ears and hips, staying in a comfortable range.
- 3After half your reps, reverse direction and circle backward.
