Band Shoulder Pass-Through

Instructions
A standing drill where you carry a light band in a wide arc from your hips, overhead, and down behind you. It takes the shoulders through a large, unloaded circle before pressing or pulling work.

Setup
- 1Stand tall holding a light band with a very wide overhand grip, arms straight, band resting at your hips.
- 2Keep the band slack enough that it offers almost no resistance.
Execution
- 1With arms straight, raise the band in front of you and up overhead.
- 2Continue the arc behind you as far as is comfortable, letting the band stretch if you need more room.
- 3Reverse the path and bring the band back over your head to your hips.
