Band Pull-Apart

Instructions
Holding a band out in front of you, you stretch it apart until it touches your chest. A quick, low-fatigue drill for the back of the shoulders that fits in any warm-up or session.

Setup
- 1Hold a light band with both hands about shoulder-width apart, palms facing down.
- 2Raise your arms straight out in front of you at chest height.
- 3Stand tall with your ribs down and shoulders relaxed.
Execution
- 1Pull your hands apart and out to the sides, keeping your arms nearly straight.
- 2Continue until the band touches your chest and your shoulder blades draw together.
