Band Face Pull

Instructions
With a band anchored at face height, you pull your hands toward your temples with your elbows high and wide. It trains the rear shoulders and upper back together and balances out all the pressing in a program.

Setup
- 1Anchor a band at about eye level to a solid post or a closed door with a door anchor.
- 2Hold the band with both hands, palms facing down or thumbs pointing back toward you, arms straight in front.
- 3Step back until the band is lightly stretched and stand tall with your feet hip-width apart or staggered.
