Suspension Face Pull

Instructions
A high, wide-elbow pull that brings your hands beside your ears while you lean back on the straps. It targets the rear shoulders and upper back, and your body angle sets the difficulty.

Setup
- 1Anchor the straps overhead and face the anchor holding both handles, palms facing down.
- 2Lean back with straight arms held at shoulder height and your body in one line.
- 3Choose a modest lean; this is harder than a regular row at the same angle.
Execution
- 1Pull your hands toward the sides of your face, keeping your elbows high and wide.
- 2Finish with your knuckles pointing back and your shoulder blades drawn together.
