Band Reverse Fly

Instructions
Hinged forward while standing on a band, you sweep your arms out wide like opening wings. Works the back of the shoulders, an area that everyday pushing and sitting tend to neglect.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a band with feet hip-width apart and cross the ends so each hand holds the opposite side.
- 2Push your hips back and tip your torso forward with a flat back and soft knees.
- 3Let your arms hang below your chest with a slight bend in the elbows.
Execution
- 1Sweep both arms out to the sides until your hands are level with your shoulders.
- 2Keep the same small elbow bend and let your shoulder blades draw together gently.
