Instructions
A rowing movement against a stretched band, anchored around your feet or a sturdy post. It needs almost no space and is a gentle way to learn how a good row should feel.

Setup
- 1Loop the band around a sturdy anchor at about chest height, or sit on the floor with legs extended and wrap it around the soles of your feet.
- 2Hold one end in each hand with your palms facing each other.
- 3Move back or sit tall until the band is lightly stretched with your arms straight.

- 1Pull your hands toward the sides of your waist, keeping your elbows close to your body.
