Instructions
A row performed lying under a sturdy table, gripping its edge and pulling your chest up to it. It brings horizontal pulling into any home with no equipment at all.

Setup
- 1Choose a heavy, stable table that will not tip; test it by pulling on the edge first.
- 2Lie on your back underneath with your chest below the edge and grip it with both hands, palms facing you or your feet.
- 3Straighten your body with the heels on the floor and knees bent or straight to set the difficulty.
Execution
- 1Pull the shoulder blades together and draw your chest up toward the table edge.
