Towel Door Row

Instructions
A standing row using a towel looped around a door handle or a sturdy post, leaning back with straight arms and pulling yourself upright. Your lean sets the load, so it suits every level.

Setup
- 1Loop a towel around both handles of a closed door, or around a solid post, and grip an end in each hand.
- 2Stand close with the feet near the base of the door and lean back until the arms are straight and the body is a straight line.
Execution
- 1Pull the elbows back past your ribs and bring your chest toward your hands.
- 2Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top.
- 3Lower under control until the arms are straight again.
