Instructions
Sitting upright, you pull a cable handle into your midsection. The steady cable tension and supported position make it an easy row to learn and a great one for building back muscle.

Setup
- 1Sit on the bench with your feet on the footplates and knees slightly bent.
- 2Reach forward and take the handle with both hands.
- 3Sit back until your torso is upright, your arms are straight, and the weight is lifted off the stack.
Execution
- 1Pull the handle toward your belly button, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- 2Finish by drawing your shoulder blades back and together.
