Kettlebell Halo

Instructions
You trace a slow circle around your head with a light kettlebell while your torso stays still. It works the shoulders through a wide arc and teaches the trunk to hold steady.

Setup
- 1Hold a light kettlebell upside down by the sides of the handle, bell up, in front of your chest.
- 2Stand with feet hip-width apart, glutes tight, and ribs stacked over your hips.
Execution
- 1Lift the kettlebell toward one shoulder and begin circling it around your head.
- 2Pass it close behind your neck with elbows bending, bell hanging downward.
- 3Bring it around the other shoulder and back to your chest.
