Overhead Triceps Stretch

Instructions
A classic stretch for the back of the upper arm. One elbow points to the ceiling while the hand drops behind the head, lengthening the triceps and the side of the back.

Setup
- 1Stand or sit tall with your ribs stacked over your hips.
- 2Raise one arm overhead and bend the elbow so your hand drops between your shoulder blades.
- 3Rest your other hand lightly on the raised elbow.
Execution
- 1Guide the elbow gently back and slightly toward your head until you feel a mild stretch along the back of the arm.
- 2Let the lower hand slide a little further down your back without straining.
