Wall Triceps Stretch
Also known as: Elbow-on-Wall Triceps Stretch, Bent-Arm Wall Stretch
Instructions
Facing a wall, you place a bent elbow on it above your head and lean the chest through to stretch the back of the upper arm. The wall takes the place of the other hand, so the arm can fully relax.

Setup
- 1Stand facing a wall about half a step away.
- 2Bend one elbow fully and place the point of the elbow on the wall above head height, the hand hanging behind the neck.
Execution
- 1Lean the chest gently toward the wall and slide the elbow slightly upward.
- 2Feel the stretch along the back of the upper arm and into the side of the back.
- 3Hold, step back to release, and change arms.
