Instructions
A kneeling stretch with your elbows propped on a bench. Sinking your chest toward the floor lengthens the lats and the back of the arms, which pairs well with pulling and overhead work.

Setup
- 1Kneel on a mat facing the long side of a bench, about an arm's length away.
- 2Place both elbows on the bench, shoulder-width apart, with palms together or facing each other.
- 3Set your knees under your hips.
Execution
- 1Sit your hips back slightly and let your chest sink toward the floor between your arms.
- 2Bend your elbows so your hands move toward the back of your head.
