High-to-Low Cable Fly

Instructions
A cable fly where your hands sweep from above shoulder height down toward your hips. The downward arc lines up with the lower and middle fibers of the chest.

Setup
- 1Set both pulleys above head height and hold a handle in each hand.
- 2Step forward into a staggered stance and hinge your torso forward just a little.
- 3Open your arms wide with a soft bend in the elbows and palms facing down and in.
Execution
- 1Sweep both hands down and inward in a wide arc, as if hugging a large barrel.
- 2Bring your hands together in front of your hips or lower belly.
