Crab Walk

Instructions
Sitting face-up with the hands behind you and the hips lifted, you walk forward, backward or sideways on hands and feet. It loads the back of the body and the arms in a way few other bodyweight moves do.

Setup
- 1Sit with the knees bent, feet flat and the hands on the floor behind you, fingers pointing back or to the sides.
- 2Lift the hips a few centimetres off the floor.
Execution
- 1Move the right hand and left foot together, then the left hand and right foot, to travel.
- 2Keep the hips lifted and the chest open the whole time.
- 3Travel forward, then reverse, until the time is up.
