Dumbbell Triceps Kickback

Instructions
Hinged forward with your upper arms pinned beside your ribs, you straighten your elbows to send light dumbbells behind you. The hardest point is the fully straightened finish, where the triceps squeeze hardest.

Setup
- 1Hold a light dumbbell in each hand and stand with feet hip-width apart.
- 2Push your hips back and tip your torso forward until it is close to parallel with the floor, back flat.
- 3Draw your elbows up so your upper arms sit along your sides, forearms hanging down.
Execution
- 1Straighten both elbows to sweep the dumbbells back until your arms are fully extended.
- 2Squeeze for a second at the top without letting your upper arms drop.
