Instructions
Standing at a high cable, you press a bar or rope down until your arms are straight. An easy-to-learn triceps builder with smooth, constant resistance.

Setup
- 1Attach a straight bar or rope to a pulley set above head height.
- 2Grip the attachment and step back half a pace, leaning forward very slightly.
- 3Tuck your elbows in beside your ribs with your forearms about level with the floor.
Execution
- 1Press your hands down until your elbows are fully straight.
- 2Squeeze the backs of your arms for a moment at the bottom.
