Single-Arm Cable Pushdown

Instructions
A triceps pushdown done one arm at a time with a single handle. It makes each arm do its own share of the work and lets you focus fully on locking out the elbow.

Setup
- 1Set the pulley high and attach a single handle.
- 2Hold the handle in one hand with your palm facing down, or facing up if that feels better on your wrist.
- 3Stand close to the machine, tuck your elbow against your side, and start with your forearm about level with the floor.
Execution
- 1Press the handle down until your arm is completely straight.
- 2Squeeze the back of your arm for a second at the bottom.
