Band Triceps Pushdown

Instructions
With a band anchored overhead, you press your hands down until your arms are straight. It mirrors the cable version closely and loads the triceps most at lockout, which makes high-rep sets feel great.

Setup
- 1Anchor a band above head height, over a sturdy bar or in the top of a closed door with a door anchor.
- 2Grip the band with both hands, palms facing down or facing each other, and step back until it is lightly stretched.
- 3Tuck your elbows in beside your ribs and lean forward just slightly from the hips.
Execution
- 1Keeping your upper arms still, straighten your elbows and press your hands down toward your thighs.
