Dynamic Hamstring Sweep
Also known as: Toe-Touch Sweep, Walking Hamstring Sweep, Heel-Down Reach
Instructions
Stepping one heel forward with the toes up, you hinge at the hips and sweep both hands down past the front foot, then stand and step through with the other leg. A moving hamstring stretch that wakes up the hinge before lifting.

Setup
- 1Stand tall with the feet together and a few metres of floor ahead.
Execution
- 1Step one heel forward and pull the toes up toward the shin, keeping that knee straight.
- 2Hinge at the hips with a flat back and sweep both hands down alongside the front leg.
- 3Sweep the hands back up as you stand tall, then step through with the other leg.
- 4Keep the movement smooth and rhythmic, not bouncy.
