EZ-Bar Overhead Triceps Extension

Instructions
Holding a bar overhead, you bend your elbows to lower it behind your head and then press it back up. Working with the arms overhead places the triceps under a deep stretch, which makes light loads go a long way.

Setup
- 1Grip the bar overhand on the inner angled sections, hands a little narrower than your shoulders.
- 2Stand tall, or sit upright on a bench, and press the bar to straight arms overhead.
- 3Tighten your midsection so your ribs stay down.
Execution
- 1Keep your upper arms close to your head and pointing at the ceiling.
- 2Bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head until you feel a stretch in the triceps.
