Foam Roll Glutes

Instructions
A seated drill where you sit on a foam roller, lean onto one side of your seat, and roll slowly over it. A simple way to get the hips feeling loose and ready before lower-body training.

Setup
- 1Sit on the roller with knees bent, feet flat, and one hand on the floor behind you for support.
- 2Cross your right ankle over your left knee and lean your weight slightly onto the right side of your seat.
Execution
- 1Use your planted foot and hand to roll slowly forward and back a few centimetres at a time.
- 2Cover the fleshy part of the seat, from just below the back of the pelvis to the top of the thigh.
