Front Rack Carry
Also known as: Racked Carry, Double Kettlebell Rack Walk
Instructions
You walk with weights held at shoulder height in front of you. The load tries to fold you forward, so your trunk and upper back work hard to keep you upright with each step.

Setup
- 1Bring a weight to each shoulder, with your fists under your chin and elbows tucked close to your ribs.
- 2Let kettlebells rest against the outside of your forearms, or sit one end of each dumbbell on your shoulder.
- 3Stand tall with your ribs down and your eyes forward.
Execution
- 1Walk forward with short, even steps while staying as tall as you can.
- 2Keep your wrists straight and your elbows from flaring or drooping.
