Glute Bridge March
Also known as: Marching Bridge, Bridge with Alternating Leg Lift
Instructions
Holding the top of a glute bridge while lifting one knee at a time toward the chest. Each lift briefly makes it a single-leg bridge and challenges the hips to stay level.

Setup
- 1Lie on your back with the knees bent and feet flat, hip-width apart.
- 2Press through the heels and lift the hips until the body is straight from shoulders to knees.
Execution
- 1Keeping the hips high and level, lift one foot off the floor and bring the knee over the hip.
- 2Place it back down and lift the other foot.
- 3Alternate slowly, counting each lift as one rep.
