Single-Leg Glute Bridge
Also known as: One-Leg Glute Bridge, Single-Leg Hip Bridge
Instructions
A glute bridge done with one foot on the floor and the other leg in the air. Doubles the work for the planted side and shows up any difference between your hips.

Setup
- 1Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, about hip-width apart.
- 2Rest your arms on the floor beside you with palms down.
- 3Lift one foot off the floor and hold that knee above your hip.
Execution
- 1Press through the heel of the planted foot and lift your hips.
- 2Rise until your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee, keeping your hips level.
