Instructions
You curl while leaning back on an inclined bench with your arms hanging behind your body. That starting position puts the biceps on a long stretch and makes it very hard to cheat.

Setup
- 1Set an adjustable bench to roughly a sixty-degree incline.
- 2Sit back with your head and shoulders against the pad and a dumbbell in each hand.
- 3Let your arms hang straight down, palms facing forward.
Execution
- 1Curl both dumbbells up while your upper arms stay pointing at the floor.
- 2Squeeze at the top without letting your elbows swing forward.
